Our Firm

The present day Best & Sharp was incorporated in 1988.  At that time, the firm primarily represented doctors, hospitals and other health related professionals in cases of medical malpractice.

Over the years the firm grew and expanded into other areas of law and began defending clients in cases of nursing home liability, bad faith, product and medical device liability, municipal liability, employment litigation and motor vehicle and trucking accidents.

While our practice has become more diverse, our commitment to our clients has not wavered. We evaluate the particular facts in each case, the individual needs of each client and develop a customized and comprehensive plan of action in each lawsuit. Our group of talented professionals are experienced and highly competent in all aspects of civil litigation critical for solving today’s legal challenges.
