Nathan A. Miramontes

Associate Attorney

Nathan joined the firm in 2024, and his practice areas include Civil Litigation, Medical Malpractice, Insurance Defense, and Municipal & Government Liability Litigation. Nathan graduated with honors from The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2024, where he was inducted into the Order of the Barristers for his advocacy skills, earned a CALI Excellence award for the highest grade in Secured Transactions, served as the Vice President of the Board of Advocates and provided pro bono legal services through the Buck Colbert Franklin Legal Clinic. 

While in law school he interned at state and federal levels, including the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, United States Attorney’s Office NDOK, Oklahoma Court of Civil Appeals, Tulsa County District Court, and various Tulsa firms.  

Prior to law school, Nathan earned his bachelor’s from Vanguard University in Southern California where he was an All-American Soccer player and an All-Conference Decathlete.  

Nathan and his wife, Aylin, met here in Tulsa. They love spending time with their dog, Milo.
